We deliver your packing cubes in perfect condition to your doorstep. To ensure smooth delivery:
- Provide a secure address (home/work) where someone can receive packages during business hours.
- Double-check your shipping details—we cannot ship to PO boxes, military bases, or incomplete addresses.

International Orders
- Customs/Import Taxes: You’re responsible for any fees. Check your country’s policies before ordering.
- Tracking: We’ll email your tracking number (support@carrycubes.com) once your order ships.
Delivery Issues? Here’s What to Know
- Delays: Weather, customs, or carrier issues may occasionally slow delivery. We’ll help track your order but can’t control these delays.
- Undelivered Packages: If no one is home, the carrier will leave a pickup notice. Retrieve it promptly from your local post office.
- Wrong Address? We can’t reship or refund orders sent to incorrect addresses. Triple-check your details at checkout!
- Lost/Stolen Packages: Not covered if you provide an insecure address. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
When Is Delivery “Complete”?
Delivery is marked as complete once the carrier’s tracking shows your order as “delivered.”
