UK & EU Returns
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
- Eligibility: Unused, in original packaging with tags/receipt.
- How to Start: Email support@carrycubes.com within 30 days. We’ll send a return label and instructions.
- Return Shipping: You cover the cost (we recommend tracked mail).
- No Surprises: Contact us first—we’ll check stock to ensure your exchange/refund is smooth.
- Note: Unauthorized returns (sent without emailing us) can’t be processed.
US Orders
All Sales Are Final
We don’t accept returns or offer refunds for US orders.
Exception: See “Damaged/Defective Items” below.
Damaged/Defective Items
Report Within 24 Hours
Email support@carrycubes.com with:
- Photos of the issue
- Order number
- Description of damage/defect
We’ll ship a replacement ASAP or refund if preferred.
Exchanges
Need a Different Size/Color?
- Return your original item (if eligible under UK/EU policy).
- Place a new order on carrycubes.com.
- Email us—we’ll prioritize processing your exchange.
Refunds
- Timing: Approved refunds hit your account within 24 hours of us receiving your return.
- Bank Delays: Allow 7–10 business days for payment providers to process.
